About

Nicola is a fully accredited Comprehensive BASI Pilates® Instructor, who teaches beginners to advanced level students on the full complement of Pilates equipment.

Nicola fell in love with Pilates in 2009 and decided to follow her passion and complete Teacher Training in 2014, since then she has been a full-time Pilates teacher. As a devotee of the Joe Pilates’ Contrology method (which was posthumously renamed Pilates), she loves to share authentic Pilates with her students and clients.

Pilates is a wonderful mind-body exercise method, designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, posture, and enhance mental awareness.
